Adam Centamore

Adam Centamore is a professional wine and cheese educator who conducts private, public, and corporate tastings and culinary experiences.He is certified by the Elizabeth Bishop wine program at Boston University and is a member of the American Cheese Society, Wine Scholar Guild and Society of Wine Educators. He is also the Maitre Fromager for the Boston chapter of Chevalier du Tastevin, a prestigious French wine society.

Mr. Centamore the author of Tasting Wine and Cheese: An Insider's Guide to Mastering the Principles of Pairing, an International Association of Culinary Professionals Book of the Year award finalist. In addition, he is a monthly contributor to Boston's public television online site, WGBH's CravingBoston, and has appeared in the Boston Globe and Edible South Shore magazine.

Mr. Centamore lives in Quincy, Massachusetts with his wife and son, and is constantly looking for the next tasty thing. Adam enjoys eating, drinking, and talking about it!
