Sally Murphy

Sally Murphy is an Australian children’s author and poet who has had thirty books published, including verse novels, picture books, and educational titles. Pearl Verses the World was the winner of the Children’s Book category in the Indie Awards, 2009, and is shortlisted for the Indie Book of the Year Award. Pearl Verses the World was named as a Notable Book and shortlisted for the CBCA’s Children’s Book of the Year Awards, 2010 (Younger Readers Category).
