Heather Tamir

Heather Tamir is a writer and editor, and is the Editorial Manager at PolicyLink, a national research and action institute advancing racial and economic equity. She manages the editorial production process and works with a team of writers and designers to produce a range of reports and materials that make the case for equity: just and fair inclusion. A journalist by training, Ms. Tamir has worn multiple hats, having also served as a speechwriter and media strategist. She has also worked at The Rockefeller Foundation, helping to create new international and U.S.-focused programs.

A native of Jamaica, she is a tennis enthusiast and is working on her first book, a memoir.
