Louise Spiegler

Louise Spiegler grew up in Buffalo, New York, and started writing when she was twelve. She studied international politics at Johns Hopkins University. During and after college, she worked with the Central American Solidarity Committee, the Nuclear Freeze, and the Johns Hopkins Anti-Apartheid Coalition. After earning a graduate degree in English and Creative Writing at Temple University in Philadelphia, Ms. Spiegler moved to Seoul, South Korea, to teach English as a Foreign Language. She now teaches English and history at Cascadia Community College in Bothell, WA. This is her second novel for teen readers.
