Trevor Cole
Trevor Cole has been a radio copywriter, magazine editor, and an award-winning journalist and novelist. Lauded as one of the best young novelists in the country by Canada’s national newspaper The Globe and Mail, Cole has written three novels: Norman Bray in the Performance of His Life, shortlisted for the Governor-General’s Literary Award and the Commonwealth Writer’s Prize for best first book; The Fearsome Particles, also a Governor-General’s Literary Award nominee; and Practical Jean, named one of the best books of 2010 by The Globe and Mail, short-listed for the Rogers Writer’s Trust Fiction Prize and winner of the Stephen Leacock Medal. He lives near Toronto. Practical Jean is his U.S. debut.
